91st Air Force Day celebrated in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Oct 9: The Purv Sainik Seva Parishad in Jamshedpur celebrated the 91st Air Force Day, paying tribute to the Indian Air Force’s bravery and coordination. District President Vinay Yadav emphasized the Air Force’s strengths, which have made it one of the world’s finest forces.
The event began with floral tributes to the portrait of Bharatmata and prayers for missing soldiers in the Sikkim tragedy.


Retired Air Force veterans OP Singh and Hari Sandil shared their experiences, expressing pride in India’s growing air combat power. The organization’s guide, Jasbir Singh, stressed the importance of every member and their contribution to the organization’s success.
The event was attended by 75 retired ex-servicemen, many of whom had served in operations like the 1962, 1965, 1971 wars, Kargil conflict, Operation Parakram, and Meghdoot.
The Ex-Servicemen Service Council continues to stand with veterans and their families during times of grief, attracting new members who join its ranks daily. The vote of thanks was delivered by Sukhwinder Singh.
The event highlighted the Indian Air Force’s valor and coordination, showcasing its significance in safeguarding the nation.
