Jamshedpur, Dec. 15: Hill Top School in partnership with the Greycaps Team hosted the inter school �Leadership Challenge 2015� prelims at the school premises on Tuesday, December 15.
The 1st Segment comprised of group discussions on the topics: With the rise of marathon, Kabaddi & soccer, cricket is no longer the in thing, Is India well equipped to deal with natural calamities, Having no internet is the new panic attack, Are we moving from Made In India to Banned In India and In our country people believe more in magic than logic: that is why we have more God men + God women than scientists.
Of the total participants, 16 candidates were shortlisted for the 2nd Segment i.e Personal Interview. The 16 shortlisted include- Smriti Prakash – Carmel Junior College, Pranshu Kumar – D.A.V Public School, Bistupur , Akash Kumar – DPS, Ranchi, Vivek Gupta- DPS, Ranchi, Abhijit Kumar � Hill Top School, Swarnali Patra � Hill Top School, Alok Kumar Singh � Jamshedpur Public School (JPS), Priyanka Jha � Kerala Samajam Model School, Anjali Verma � KPS, Burmamines, Moinak Ghosh � Little Flower School, Muskan Mascharak � Loyola School, Sudipta Das � Motilal Nehru Public School, Subhangi Chauhan � Rajendra Vidyalaya, Ayesha Ahmed � Sacred Heart Convent School, Shambhavi and Shivangi Sinha from Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya.
Of the 16 participants, 8 candidates have been shortlisted for the Grand Finale �The Final Super 8� on 16th December 2015 at Tata Auditorium, XLRI.
Students who will be part of the �The Final Super 8� include Smriti Prakash � Carmel Junior College, Vivek Gupta � DPS, Ranchi, Moinak Ghosh � Little Flower School, Swarnali Patra � Hill Top School, Muskan Mascharak � Loyola School, Alok Kumar Singh � Jamshedpur Public School, Shubhangi Chauhan � Rajendra Vidyalaya and Pranshu Kumar from D.A.V Public School, Bistupur.
The Chief Guest for the grand finale will be Mr. Jimmy Tangree, Head, 91.9 friends FM, Kolkata.
The Grey Caps team members included Ms. Rashmi Furtado, Ms. Apoorva Upadhyay, Ms. Varsha Prasad and Ms. Akhila Sankarabandi.
