Jamshedpur, October 1: The Management of TRF Limited and the Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union signed an Agreement on October 1, 2016 for payment of Annual Bonus for the accounting year 2015-16.
As per the agreement, eligible employees will receive 8.33% bonus/Ex-gratia of their respective actual earnings (Basic + DA) earned during the accounting year 2015-16. Accordingly, the minimum bonus works out to Rs.7100/- and maximum bonus works out to Rs.36051/-.
The agreement was signed by P.S. Reddy, MD, P.K. Tibdewal, COO, Sandeep K. Tanwar, VP (Projects), Subhashish Datta, CFO, Arvind Kumar, AGM (P&A) on behalf of the management and Rakeshwar Pandey, President, M.H. Hiramanek, Dy. President, Ras Bihari Ray, Vice President, R.K. Rahi, General Secretary, S.K. Jha and B. Purty, Assistant Secretaries, Devika Singh, Treasurer and all Executive Committee Members on behalf of the Union.
