Jamshedpur, May 6: Motilal Nehru Public School(MNPS) organised annual ‘Awards Night 2017’ in the school auditorium on Friday.
On the occasion students were facilitated for 100% attendance, academic excellence and others. Chief guest for the occasion was Dr. DP Samadar from TMH while senior divisional manager of LIC Ratnakar Patnayak was present as the guest of honour. The guests jointly inaugurated the function.
School managing committee president Akhilesh Dubey and secretary DP Shukla addressed the gathering. They informed about the work being done by the school for the academic along with all round development of the students.
65 meritorious students were awarded certificates, mementoes and trophies for their performance all round the year.
Students of the school also presented colourful cultural programme.
Later addressing the students, Dr. DP Samadar said, one should always follow the path of honesty and do handwork which would bore fruits and make you successful. Principal of the school Ashu Tiwary, teachers, students and parents were present.
