Ranchi, Oct 30: The much hyped Digital India Program is stepping ahead in the state. In the �IT Talent Search Competition Udaan 2015� 80,384 school students participated in the first level test out of which , 5318 students were shortlisted for the second level exam. This exam will be conducted on 30 centers of the state on 31st October.
Students of private govt. & govt. aided schools are participating in the competition which is conducted by HRDD, Jharkhand in collaboration with Mica Educational Group.
For the third level exam, 11 teams will be selected from every district out of which, 5 teams from govt. schools, 3 from private & 3 from govt. aided schools will be selected. Lastly, 6 teams will be selected for the last round quiz compt. 2 teams each will be selected from private govt. & govt. aided schools for the final round compt. taking place on 14th November,2015.
The aims & objectives of this examination are to promote IT related knowledge & information among children. It will make them wheel of development & help them employ themselves. The participation of a good number of rural children has made this endeavor very much successful.
Like the 1st, the 2nd level of IT Talent Search Competition Udaan 2015 will also be conducted under the supervision of DEOs. For the online exam to be conducted on 31st October, centers have been decided.

Chaibasa, Karim City College, Jamshedpur, N.I.T. Adityapur,( Saraikela- Kharsawan) St. Columbus & D.A.V. Hazaribag, D.A.V. Public School Ramgarh, D.A.V. Public School Dhanbad, D.P.S., D.A.V. Public School, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Guru Govind Singh Public School ( all in Bokaro), N.I.C. Giridih, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Koderma, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Chatra, N.I.C. Dumka, DC office Combined Building, Jamtara, BIT Mesra Extention Deoghar, N.I.C. Sahibganj, N.I.C. Godda, It Training Center Latehar & N.I.C. Garhwa.
The questions to be asked in the competition will be from IT in Hindi & English medium both.
