40-day Sukhmani Sahib recitation concludes at Jamshedpur’s Sakchi Gurudwara

Jamshedpur, June 16: The 40-day recitation of Sukhmani Sahib at Sakchi Gurudwara, organized in memory of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, concluded on Tuesday in a deeply spiritual and devotional atmosphere. The Gurudwara premises echoed with hymns and prayers as devotees gathered to pay their respects and participate in Naam Simran.

On the occasion, members of the Sikh Stree Satsang Sabha, Sakchi, presented Gurbani Kirtan with devotion, inspiring the congregation to follow the teachings of the Guru. The spiritual discourse and hymns created an atmosphere of faith and reflection among the devotees.

The concluding Ardas was performed by Amritpal Singh, Head Granthi of Sakchi Gurudwara, who prayed for world peace, the welfare of humanity, and Sarbat da Bhala (well-being of all). After the prayer, Guru ka Langar was served to the congregation.

Special arrangements for Chana Prasad, Chabeel, and Langar were made through the joint efforts of the Gurudwara Management Committee and devotees. During the event, the Sikh Stree Satsang Sabha, led by its President Jatinderpal Kaur, honored Sardar Nishan Singh, President of the Gurudwara Management Committee, along with several volunteers for their contributions.

Addressing the gathering, Sardar Nishan Singh appreciated the efforts of the Sabha and the Sukhmani Sahib Kirtani Jatha, stating that such religious activities help spread Gurbani while connecting the younger generation with Sikh history, Gurmat philosophy, Seva, and Simran traditions.
