30th AGM of Chaibasa Chamber held 

• Traders resolve to work for interest of businessmen

Chaibasa, August 20: The 30^th Annual General Meeting of the Chaibasa Chamber, which was held at the local Pillai Town Hall, started the program from its scheduled time, as per the schedule, the first 21-member working committee was invited on the stage, the lamp was lit by the office bearers.

About 225 members who attended the Annual General Meeting from all over the district were greeted and welcomed in the program by the president Madhusudan Agarwal with his welcome speech.

The members present themselves can assess what has happened, they said that they were always ready to work in the interest of businessmen and will remain so.

In the session 21-23, the working committee, elected by the regulatory secretary  Sanjay Choubey, in the two years of its tenure, presented a brief description of the works done in the interest of business, industry and public in the form of its biennial report to the respected members present in the House.

According to the schedule of the Chaibasa Chamber of Commerce and Industries, treasurer Aditya Vikram Sarda presented the details of income and expenditure of two years in front of respected members. A copy of the minutes was distributed among the members present.

In the next phase of the program, according to the suggestion of the Constitution Amendment Committee, the proposals supported by the working committee were kept on the table of the house, a total of seven proposals were kept on the table of the house, which were voiced by the respected members present in the house with absolute majority in the midst of some unwanted opposition.

In the meeting, the chairman of various sub-committees mentioned the work done by the members of their sub-committee through their reports and presented them among the respected members present in the house.
