Jamshedpur, July 19: Adhunik Power & Natural Resources Limited on Tuesday launched special drive for COVID-19 booster shot with the support of Seraikela-Kharsawan district administration.
Altogether 280 employees and villagers were benefitted from the drive.
Adhunik Power is the first company in the district to launch drive.
A total of 243 men and 37 women including employees of the company, villagers and contract workers were inoculated during the drive at Padampur-based Company.
Arun Kumar Mishra, CEO, Adhunik Power thanked Seraikela-Kharsawan Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal and medical team for their valuable support.
Mishra urged all to remain vigilant despite decrease in COVID-19 cases.
Company Doctor GP Murmu and CSR Head Sanjeet Sinha said booster dose is very essential for every one as it enhances immune power to keep one protected from the infection. Medical team including Devashish Mahato, Shashilata Kumari, Meena Kumari and Pramila Kumari, CSR, Medical and Admin Department of Adhunik Power supported in making the drive successful.
