27 NTTF Jamshedpur students secure jobs at Dr. Reddy’s

Jamshedpur: In a proud moment for the R.D. Tata Technical Education Center (NTTF) located in Golmuri, 27 students have been selected by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories through a campus recruitment drive. The Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam-based pharmaceutical giant offered a package of ₹3.50 lakh per annum, which is expected to increase to ₹4 lakh after one year of service.

The selection process was rigorous and conducted in three phases—written examination, technical assessment, and a personal interview round. The students showcased outstanding talent and technical proficiency across all stages, securing positions in one of the country’s leading pharmaceutical firms.

Out of the 27 selected students, 22 are from the final-year Diploma in Mechatronics and Smart Factory Engineering, while 5 are from the Electronics and Embedded System department.

The selected students from Mechatronics include Shreya Mandal, Ankita Srivastava, Tannu Kumari, Alpa Kumari, Muskan Parveen, Sneha Kashyap, Rekha Kumari, Somil, Manish Yashraj, Abhijeet Poddar, Ayush Kumar Ankit, Sushanto, Prince Kumar Sahu, Tejas Raj, Amal P. Nair, Vishal Maiti, Nitish Pandit, Sumit Gupta, Prem Das, Uday Kumar, and Vishal Sarkar.
From the Electronics and Embedded System stream, Sneha, Rahul Deep, Isha Kumari, Sambhav, and Harsh Nishad were selected.

The institute credited the efforts of placement officers Neha and Mithila for facilitating the successful recruitment drive. Congratulating the students, Principal Preeta John said, “Our students have made us proud with their hard work and dedication. We are confident they will shine in their professional careers.”

Vice Principal Ramesh Rai, along with faculty members Ejaz Ahmed, Pallavi Chaudhary, Ajit Kumar, and Deputy Management Administrative Officer Varun Kumar, also congratulated the students and extended their best wishes for a bright future.
