Jamshedpur: P. Girishwar Rao, Secretary of the MTMH Employees Union and a dedicated member of the INTUC family, passed away on Saturday at Tata Main Hospital (TMH). He was a long-serving employee of Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital (MTMH) and had tirelessly represented the workers through his role in the union.
His mortal remains was brought to MTMH, where employees, staff, and INTUC members paid their final respects. Following the tribute ceremony, his last rites were conducted at the Swarnarekha Burning Ghat in Bhuiyandih.
In this moment of grief, the Joint Action Committee, District Youth INTUC, District Women INTUC, and the entire INTUC family stand in solidarity with his family and have extended heartfelt condolences.
Among those who offered tributes were State INTUC President Rakeshwar Pandey, Youth INTUC President Rajesh Singh Raju and his team, National Women INTUC President Devika Singh, Parvinder Singh Sohal, Manoj Kumar Singh, Pankaj Singh, Shrikant Singh, Vijay Khan, Usha Singh, Vinod Rai, Mahendra Mishra, Sanjeev Srivastava, Shikha Chaudhary, Pintu Srivastava, Anjani Kumar, K.P. Tiwari, Rana Singh, Aman, D.N. Pandey, and others.
