Jamshedpur, Feb 1: The 43rd AISMOC 2024 pre-conference workshop was conducted in Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur on Thursday.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Air Vice-Marshal (retd) Dr Sudhir Rai, General Manager- Medical Services, Tata Main Hospital, and also present were Dr Vinita Singh, Chief of Medical Indoor Services, Dr Mamta Rath Datta, Chief of Medical Support services, Dr Minakshi Mishra, Organizing Chairperson AISMOC 24, Dr Asif Ahmed Chairperson AISMOC Workshop Committee and other Heads of Steel Hospitals.
Workshop was conducted on 5 topics namely Respiratory support & Airway Management, Imaging at the Bedside, Ultrasonography, FAST, POCUS and ECHO, ABG interpretation at the Bedside, Laparoscopic surgery and Suturing & Robotic Surgery.
The program was attended by around 250 Doctors from TMH and other Steel Hospitals around the country.

It included expert Faculty from TMH and National Faculty namely Dr Rakesh Rajput, CMRI, Kolkata, Dr. Anantharaman Sivaraman, Chennai Urology and Robotics Institute, Dr Prasanth Penumadu, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Cancer Care and Advanced Research, Tirupati, and Dr Srikant Behera from AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
The objective of the workshop was to educate people for better bedside and advanced care with real time training.
The program was conducted successfully and it added on to the ever increasing knowledge and skills of the Clinicians.
