Jamshedpur, Nov 11: A team of excise department raided several illegal distilleries in Galudih police station area on Monday. It destroyed 9000 kg of mahua seeds stored for manufacturing illicit liquor. The officials confiscated 200 litres of mahua liqur and destroyed the distilleries. An FIR was lodged against three owners of the distilleries. Forces from the district composite control room (CCR) also participated in the raid.
