Jamshedpur, Aug. 29: Sports Department of Tata Steel organised Intra Center Boxing Tournament at JRD Tata Sports complex on the occasion of National Sports Day Celebrations.
20 trainees of Tata Steel Boxing Training Center had participated in it.
B K Jena and Ajit Kumar Singh, Coach, Tata Steel Boxing Training Centers conducted the tournament with the support of qualified referees M I Rao, Sarjeet Singh and other qualified referees and employees of Sports Department.
Chief Guest for the occasion Binod Kumar Das, VP (Ironmaking), Tata Steel distributed the prizes to the winners along with Anil Oraon, Head , (Corporate Relations), Tata Steel.
At the event Bagicha Singh, V Ramakrishna, Hassan Imam, Firoz, Satish Singh, Vivek Sharma, Renu, Punam, Kuntala, Mrinmoy and others were present and cooperated in making the events successful.
