20 Jamshedpur retired teachers to be honored on Teachers’ Day

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy convened a meeting at his Bistupur office to finalize preparations for the Teacher Samman Samaroh to be held on September 5 at Motilal Nehru Public School. The event, organized under the aegis of Swarnarekha Kshetra Vikas Trust, will focus on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Three speakers will present their views on the practical aspects of NEP in primary, secondary, and higher education.

Pawan Singh informed that principals of all city schools have been invited. A special highlight will be the felicitation of 20 retired teachers, ranging from primary schools to colleges, in recognition of their invaluable contribution to education. Organizers Manju Singh, SP Singh, and Hemant Pathak shared that all teachers across Jamshedpur had been invited to attend. The event aimed to honor educators’ lifelong dedication while also engaging the teaching community in meaningful discussions on educational reforms.
