Jamshedpur: The Sub Junior Kho-Kho team under the banner of East Singhbhum District Association set off for Bokaro via the Dhanbad Express train from Tatanagar station on Tuesday to participate in the 17th Jharkhand State Sub Junior Kho-Kho Competition, scheduled to take place from the 15th to the 17th of November at Trimurti Public School, Bokaro.
The boys’ category comprises of Aditya Kumar, Samar Kumar Singh, Ansh Kumar, Abhishek Kumar Singh, Sunny Kumar, Sushant Kumar, Shubham Soren, Sarthamitra Kisku, Amit Kumar Mahato, Rohit Manjhi, Satyam Kumar, Rajballabh Mahato, Debojit, Nilesh Murmu, Sumit Kumar.
The team is under the guidance of Coach Debranjan Senapati, with Hariom serving as the Team Manager.
The girls’ category team includes Anushka Kumari, Arya Tiwari, Suman Kalundiya, Sunita Kumari, Nandani Murmu, Arpita Chauhan, Shrishti Bhatt, Artika Kumari, Supriya Kumari, Mallika Manjhi, Mansi Kumari, Aditi Samad, Jayanti Murmu, Suniya Hembram and Santoshi Machua.
The girls’ team is led by Coach Nirola Singh, with Geeta Kumari and Gautam Kumar Mahato serving as the Team Manager and Technical Officer, respectively.
The East Singhbhum District Kho-Kho Association bid farewell to the team, with Secretary Suraj Kumar Thakur, Working President Ajit Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary Lakshmi Pandey, and Santosh Kumar officiating the send-off ceremony.
