17 Karim City College Jamshedpur students get placements in Jindal Steel

Jamshedpur, Feb 20: In a virtual placement drive organized on February 11, 17 Karim City College (KCC) students of B Sc (Hons) stream comprising Chemistry, Mathematics and physics disciplines had been selected by Jindal Stainless Steel Limited, Jajpur (Odisha). The 17 selected KCC students will get a CTC package of  Rs 2.50 Lakh per annum. The selected students include Shiv Narayan, Vivek Kumar, Ajay Bhowmick, Ranjeet Kumar Singh, Makbul Ansari, Manish Kumar, Meghnath Pal, Shibshankar Modak, Shahbaz Alam, Janu Kisku, Shubham Kumar Dutta, Abhishek Kumar, Khokan Gour, Laxmi Charan Singh, Deben Gope, Md Farhan Khan and Manas Karan. KCC Principal Dr Mohammad Reyaz congratulated the shortlisted students. Dr Anwar Shahab, Chief Coordinator of Employability Enhancement Unit, Dr G Vijayalakshmi Coordinator Placement Cell, Dr Rashmi Akhtar and Dr Aftab Alam, members of the placement cell, were present during the virtual placement drive.
