150 saplings planted at College of Nursing

Jamshedpur: A tree plantation drive was undertaken at the College of Nursing near Tata Main Hospital (TMH) this morning. Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President, Corporate Services, Tata Steel, was present on the occasion and spearheaded the plantation drive.

Dr Rajan Chaudhary, GM Medical Services, Tata Steel, Upama De, Principal, College of Nursing, Tata Main Hospital were also present on the occasion together with doctors from TMH, other officials of Tata Steel and students of the College.

Over 150 trees were planted by the students and the guests. The important part of this initiative is that each student has been given the responsibility of nurturing and maintaining one plant during the training period.
