Jamshedpur: A 15-day electrical training camp has commenced at J.N. Tata Vocational College, Bistupur, through the joint efforts of Swavalambhi Bharat Abhiyan and the Khadi Village Industries Commission. The camp aims to enhance employment opportunities for youth in the electrical sector.
The inauguration was attended by Swadeshi Jagran Manch’s All India Co-Sangharvahini Pramukh Bande Shankar Singh, Tata Steel Learning Department Head Kumud Lata, Senior Executive Officer of the Khadi Village Industries Commission Ranchi, Susanto Chakraborty and College Director B.B. Singh.
“More than 23,000 students have gained employment after training here,” said B.B. Singh. Tata Steel’s Kumud Lata assured trainees that Tata Steel would continue to support them until they find jobs. Bande Shankar Singh emphasized self-reliance and India’s economic progress. The event saw participation from 80 students and several dignitaries.
