Chaibasa, Feb. 10: Ghatkuri Rungta Mines senior CSR general manager Falvinder Singh on Friday said, Rungta Mines provided drinking water facilities to the Saranda area villages in the financial year 2016-17 under CSR.
Villages including Baihatu, Gopa tola, Nuyain village Louwa Tola , Bokna, Gua through deep boring while drinking water was supplied to the villages Ulgus Tola, Harizon Basti, Pecha, Hirjihuting, Jamkundia and Chhota Nagra through pipe line from erected water Tank.
A total of 149 tube wells and 12 water tanks have been provided to the 26 villages. Falvinder Singh further said, the villagers feel great relief as drinking water is now available in their villages round the year.
