109 students graduate in Carmel Junior College Jamshedpur’s solemn farewell ceremony

Jamshedpur, Mar 29:  The Graduation Ceremony for the outgoing Std. XII Batch 2024-25 of Carmel Junior College was held on March 29, in the school auditorium.

A total of 109 graduates participated in the solemn event, led in a grand procession by School Manager Sister Jyothi D’Souza A.C., Principal Sister Sharel A.C., Vice Principal Sister Amala A.C. and the school faculty.

The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the school management, class teachers, head boy, head girl and a parent representative. A prayer was offered by a student, a teacher and a parent, followed by a traditional Candle Light Procession, symbolizing hope and self-belief as the graduates step into new responsibilities.

Graduates were awarded certificates and batch souvenirs, with special awards recognizing holistic excellence. A parent representative shared their appreciation for the school’s role in shaping students’ futures.

Principal Sister M. Sharel congratulated the graduates, highlighting the importance of lifelong learning and making meaningful contributions to society. The ceremony was an emotional farewell for students who had spent fourteen years growing within the school’s nurturing environment.

The event concluded with the singing of the school anthem by the graduates.
