Jamshedpur, July 28: Team Mission Modi today organized a blood donation camp. The camp yielded 103 units blood. According to the organizers, the camp was organized with a view to getting back to old ways when donor card holders could receive blood required without the hassle for finding donors to replace the blood requisitioned. This move was also meant to draw the attention of the State Chief Minister on this vital issue.
The organization�s state vice president DD Tripathy said, �By reverting to the old system whereby donor cards could be used to get blood, the people would feel more assured. That way voluntary donors could donate blood and get the vital fluid if and when required.� The blood donation camp organized by Mission Modi was inaugurated by the Chief Minister�s legislative representative Pawan Agrawal.
Among the organization members present were Ganesh Mahali, Khemlal Chowdhary, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Rambabu Tiwary, Chandrashekhar Mishra, Satish Srivastav, Rajkumar Verma, Parsuram Prasad, Rakesh Singh, Sunil Singh and Balram Pratap Singh.
