Jamshedpur: A meeting of Zila Parishad members was held on Monday at Sakchi. Projects under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme were approved during the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Zila Parishad chairperson Sonia Samant.
The deputy development commissioner cum secretary of Zila Parishad Dr Lal Mohan Mahato was also present during the meeting with district administration officials.
The MLA of Patamada Ramchandra Sahis was also present during the meeting. Ponds will be renovated in various blocks of the district.
