Jamshedpur, July 25: A day after ruckus at bollywood actress Zarine Khan’s event at XLRI Auditorium under Bistupur Police Station, child artists along with their parents filed a complaint at Bistupur Police Station accusing the organizers of fraud.
On Monday the kids along with their parents showed their passes which they were provided by the organizers. One of the parent said that their child was assured of getting prize from the actress on the stage but the organizers didn’t take a step in this direction till late night.
They demanded their money back from the organizers of the event. Binu Jha of Olidih, Mango and Smita Chouhan of Gamharia said, the organizers took Rs 5000 each in lieu of showing talent in dance, modeling and singing.
The kids were very excited about the event and were waiting inside the auditorium since afternoon. The kids were not called on the stage till late in the night and the announcement was made for conclusion of the programme.
This is the reason we are at the police station to file a complaint against the organizers of fraud. A makeup man Sagar said that the organizers forced him to work but didn’t provide him with the money neither made him click a photograph with the actress.
Bistupur Police inspector Anuj Kumar said, participants along with the audience went on a rampage after they were not allowed to come on stage and were not given the prize as told by the organizers.
Significantly, during late night event on Sunday, the crowd along with parents and their kids surrounded Bollywood actress Zarine Khan on the stage which followed was scuffle between the organizers and the crowd which made the organizers shut down the event. Later the ambiance worsened which created chaos at the venue.
The bouncers and police took out actress Zarine from the encirclement of the excited audience. On the other hand crowd continued the commotion and seeing the matter getting worse the organizers gradually vanished.
