Jamshedpur: Youth Congress members put up a demonstration before the office of the district civil surgeon on Friday to demand opening of the hospital in a full-fledged manner.
They said the hospital should be started without any further delay. They also demanded that a primary health centre be opened in Chhota Govindpur.
