Jamshedpur, Jan 8: Demanding cleanliness drive in all 55 villages of Potka block members of Potka Vidhansabha Yuva Congress Committee today submitted a memorandum to Block Development Officer (BDO).
The members on the occasion said that there is heap of filth and garbage is always lying place to place in gram Panchayat area of the village.
Due to the mess there is always a chance of deadly disease breaking down in the area and there is always dust present in the w roads making life difficult for the daily commuters and people living in the area, added a member.
We demand that immediately cleanliness drive should start in the block and drains should also be cleaned on a regular basis, said a member.
On the occasion Surendra Singh, Manoj Yadav, Nandlal Prasad, Sanjay Singh Azad, Gopal Sharan Singh, Vimal Jaiswal, Shailendra Sharma, Akhilesh Mishra, Bijendra Tiwary, Mahboob Baba, Bharat Singh, Rakesh Sahu, Md. Amjad, Uday Kumar Singh and several others were present.
