Jamshedpur: A free Yoga training camp was organized at the picnic spot near Tata zoo under the aegis of Yoga Academy on Monday.
The teachers of Kerala Public School, Mango, participated in the camp. The principal of the school Alka Sinha and more than 80 teachers were there to avail the benefits of Yoga training.
Anshu Sarkar, director of the institute, said Yoga was helpful in keeping diseases away. He said a person could remain healthy by meditation and many other Yoga exercises.
