Gamharia: A one day Yoga cum women�s awareness camp was organized at Anand Marg School in Kandra on Wednesday. Addressing the gathering, Avdhutika Rudra Veena Acharya said adopting a disciplined approach in life was important for one and all. Performing various types of Yoga exercises may greatly help improve once health, she said while give demonstrations of several Yoga postures. Many women and children were present during the camp. Among those present during the camp included Surya Prakash, Dr Ashu Didi, V Sudarshan Rao, Varlakshmi, Robin Kumar and Gopal Kumar Burman.
