Jamshedpur: The Finance Association of XLRI (FINAX) is organising the 11th edition of GNOSIS 2020 on December 11 and 12, the flagship national finance symposium of XLRI. For the first time ever the event is scheduled to be conducted virtually owing to the pandemic.
This year’s theme will be ‘Ripples of COVID in the Financial Services Industry’. The event will touch upon various issues that have come to the forefront in the pandemic and would influence the future of the industry.
There will be discussions around the economic outlook of India in the new normal, evolution of investment decision-making strategies in a post COVID world, changes in lending practices of banks and government bodies and the emergence of technology and digitalization in the BFSI sector.
The symposium is hosted by XLRI every year to promote a platform for academia to connect and interact with industry stalwarts, top level executives and regulators to discuss their views on current financial happenings and issues that would be the next big catalysts in re-shaping the Indian Financial System.
