The World Bank has reckoned that what India has accomplished in 6 years for digital inclusion, the world typically takes 47 years to do the same. This commendation from the World Bank is a tribute to the present governance model that is highly accountable and transparent.

Our UPI Transactions alone reached 1.5 trillion US Dollars surpassing major economies of UK, US, Germany and France’s digital payments. Our transactions happen to be 4 times more than the transactions of these nations. Our per capita mobile data consumption is an important indicator, this reflects technological penetration. Its extensive use means that people in villages, semi-urban & urban areas have started using it and that is more than that of China & UK taken together for 2022. In 1990, to sustain our fiscal credibility we had to send in physical form of gold to Banks and now our foreign exchange reserve is around 600 billion, a great accomplishment.
