XLRI Jamshedpur to host flagship start-up conclave ‘Ingenium’

Jamshedpur,Feb 24:XLRI ExPGDM batch of 2021-22 will be hosting Ingenium, XLRI’s flagship Start-up Conclave, on 06th March 2022. The theme for the conclave is ‘XLerating Start-Ups to Unicorn’. Participants can register here- https://lnkd.in/dptUXY4w

The Start-up Conclave will have an inaugural and welcome address by Prof. Ashis K Pani, Dean and Professor Information Systems & Production, Operations & Decision Sciences at XLRI Jamshedpur.

After Prof. Pani’s welcome address, the chief guest Dr. Madnesh Kumar Mishra, Former Joint Secretary at Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Culture, will share his insights on Startups- It’s role for Indian Economic Growth and Future Road Map, followed by the Keynote Address by  Ankit Aggarwal, Founder & CEO, D2C on the topic How to be a Successful Entrepreneur!. Next will be the Keynote Session by  Srihari Sikhakollu, CEO, eRemit Singapore on Transforming Remittances- eRemit Singapore Way with Commercial and Social Impact at Heart.

The day will further witness an Expert Opinion with Leaders on Navigating the Challenges of an Emerging Ecosystem with a panel comprising of  Sandro Stephen, Vice President, Indian Angel Network,  Rahul Singh, Program Manager VC Partnerships, Microsoft for Startups, Ms. Smita P Mishra, Founder – Fandoro Technologies, Ms. Aashta Grover, Head Start-up India Hub, Invest India, and moderated by Prof. Rahul Kumar Shukla, Department of General Management, XLRI Jamshedpur.

The post-lunch session will be a series of keynote sessions by Harnoor Kaur, Co-Founder, Evage Ventures on Startups and Entrepreneurs are Transforming Industries: What it Takes to Drive Change as a Startup and Entrepreneur, by  Maheshwar Peri, Founder & CEO, Careers360 on Ethics is No Longer an Option, by  Kush Mehra, CBO, PineLabs on The Revolution called Fintech and how this sunshine sector can boost your career, by  Sanjeev Bikchandani, Co-Founder, Naukri.com on Importance of Consumer Insights in Building Businesses and Prof. Rajeev Roy, Department of General Management, XLRI Jamshedpur as the moderator, by  Sharath Dhall, COO, Policybazar.com on Building the Start-up World, by  Vivek Sinha, COO, Unacademy on Rethinking how India Learns – the Unacademy way, by  Sandeep Gupta, COO, Innovaccer on Putting Innovation at the Heart of Healthcare. The event will be then concluded with a Valedictory Session.
