Seraikela: XLRI students from Jamshedpur visited villages under Kamalpur Gram Panchayat, Seraikela, as part of a two-day educational tour organized by the Tata Steel Foundation. Guided by instructor Juni Dash, students interacted with villagers from Hatia, Bankasahi, Rengudih, Dhatkidih, Hudigadih and Raidih, learning about rural lifestyles, livelihoods and challenges.
The students were warmly welcomed by District Council Member Laxmi Sardar, program coordinator Makunda Mahato and several local social workers. The tour provided insights into rural India, emphasizing social responsibility and community development. The program concluded with a village group dance.
