XLRI and Centific Global Technologies Forge Strategic Partnership for AI-Driven Innovation

Jamshedpur: Xavier School of Management (XLRI) has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centific Global Technologies, marking a significant step in bridging the gap between management education and Artificial Intelligence. This partnership aims to foster a transformative synergy between industry and academia, focusing on AI-led strategies and the development of future-ready talent.

The agreement was formally signed by Prof. Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy, Convenor of Corporate Relations and Placements at XLRI, alongside Mr. Lakshmi Narasimhan Rangachari, General Manager (India), and Ms. Pooja Michael Anthony, Global Head of Workforce Solutions and Talent at Centific Global Technologies. The alliance establishes a comprehensive framework for research, consulting, executive training, and academic engagement.

Through this collaboration, XLRI students and faculty will gain direct access to global industry leaders and real-world AI challenges. Planned initiatives include guest lectures by CXOs, the development of industry-specific case studies, and structured workshops focused on emerging technologies. This engagement is designed to equip professionals with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of the digital era while upholding XLRI’s mission of nurturing ethical and innovative leaders.

The signing ceremony was attended by several distinguished faculty members, including Prof. Rahul Shukla, Prof. Harshit Kumar Singh, and Prof. Farheen Fathima Shaik, alongside Titli Banerjee from Centific. The coordination of this partnership was led by Himanshu Shekhar, Senior Manager at XLRI Jamshedpur.

Speaking on the occasion, the collaboration was described as a significant milestone that reinforces XLRI’s enduring mission to nurture ethical leaders, innovative thinkers, and industry-ready professionals equipped to navigate the opportunities and complexities of the digital era.
