Workshop on SPSS concludes at Srinath University Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 4: The two-day workshop on ‘SPSS: An Introduction,’ hosted by the School of Commerce and Management at Srinath University, concluded on Saturday. Attended by nearly 150 participants from esteemed institutions across the region, the workshop focused on equipping research scholars with essential skills in qualitative and quantitative data management and analysis.

Dr. Kamala Kant Das, a renowned research analyst from Paper Pedia Pvt Ltd., conducted intensive sessions on various aspects of research processes and the significance of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). He elaborated on research orientation, dynamics, and statistical tools such as Factor analysis and hypothesis testing.

Dr. Mrityunjay Mahato, Head of the Department of Commerce and Management, emphasized the workshop’s importance in enhancing participants’ research capabilities. He expressed optimism that the knowledge gained would greatly benefit their research endeavors.

The aim of the SPSS Workshop was to prepare scholars in diverse fields, including Commerce, Management, Education, Humanities, and Science and Technology. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
