Workshop on menstrual hygiene organized at Govind Vidyalaya

Jamshedpur:  A workshop on menstrual hygiene was held in the auditorium of Govind Vidyalaya Tamoliya, organized by the ‘Young India Organization’ on 7th December 2024.  The workshop aimed to educate girls from classes 5 to 8 about menstrual hygiene. Mokshita Gautam, a member of the Young India team, led the session, providing important and practical information on menstrual hygiene. She engaged the students by asking them questions, and the girls responded enthusiastically, demonstrating their understanding of the topic.

The event was attended by the Principal of the school, Krishna Modak, along with the Head of HOD Naushad Razia, and teachers Manju Kumari and Kamrun Nigar. The workshop served as a valuable educational experience for the students, equipping them with essential knowledge for maintaining proper menstrual hygiene.
