Jamshedpur: The Psychology Department of Karim City College (Mango Campus) organized a workshop on Career in Psychology to provide students with insights into the vast opportunities in the field. The event featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. Firoz Ibrahimi, Chairman of the Psychology Postgraduate Department, Karim City College (Sakchi), and renowned counselor and professor Dr. Zaki Akhtar.
The workshop was conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, with Campus Incharge Dr. Anwar Ali extending a warm welcome to the guest speakers and attendees. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Firoz Ibrahimi elaborated on the diverse career paths within psychology, emphasizing its significance in everyday life. He described psychology as an intriguing discipline that influences decision-making, behavior, and personal growth.
Dr. Zaki Akhtar further highlighted the wide-ranging career prospects in psychology, stating that the discipline is integral to various fields, including education, sports, and healthcare.
