Jamshedpur: A two day learning workshop organized for the employees of TRF with the help of Central Board for Workers Education (CBWE) and Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union at JRD Tata Learning Centre concluded on Thursday.
The theme of the workshop was, �Changing Business Dynamics and the role of Trade Unions in Organisational Development� and 50 employees attended and benefited from the programme. Inputs on changing business dynamics and the role of trade unions, image building, priority management, leadership development was given to the participants.
The programme was formerly inaugurated by Sudhir Deoras, MD, TRF, Rakeshwar Pandey, President, Tata Robins Fraser Union (TRFLU), AK Tiwari, Regional Director, (CBWE), PK Tibdewal, COO, TRF, PN Shah of CBWE, RK Rahi, General Secretary, TRFLU and MH Patel, Chief, HR in the presence of officials from the union.
Speaking on the occasion, Deoras emphasized on the need for the employees to become more competent and build high level of trust with the customers, so that they could self certify the products.
Rakeshwar Pandey spoke on the need to be responsible and called for discharge of duties with commitment. AK Tiwari said that it was important to for employees build the right image of themselves and their company.
