Workshop for B.Ed students organized at Jamshedpur Women’s College

Jamshedpur, June 18: A workshop for the first year B.Ed students of IGNOU was organized at the Study Centre of Jamshedpur Women’s College from 7th June to 18th June. It was inaugurated by Dr Shukla Mohanty, former Principal of Jamshedpur Women’s College and ex-Vice Chancellor of Kolhan University. Everyday, the programme was divided into four sessions. On the concluding day, a colourful programme was organized by the B.Ed trainee teachers. The chief guest of the occasion was the Principal in-charge of Jamshedpur Dr Sudhir Kumar Sahu. He gave academic certificates to the students and wished them bright future. He threw light on the various elements that go into the making of an ideal citizen.

Other dignitaries present during the programme included Dr Tripura Jha, IGNOU Coordinator, Dr Sweety Singh, Dr Monika Uppal, Dr Suchita Bhuiyan and Dr Ranjeeta Chaturvedi.
