Workshop on effective public speaking kicks off in city

Jamshedpur: A two day workshop on the art of effective public speaking was organized in a hotel at Sakchi under the aegis of All India Marwari Yuva Manch in collaboration with Marwari Yuva Manch, Steel City branch, Tatanagar.

The workshop titled ‘Train the trainers’ witnessed a large number of people trying to imbibe the public speaking skill through the programme.

The chief guest of the occasion was Tata Steel vice president (Shared Services) Suresh Kumar and faculty from XLRI Jamshedpur Sanjay Varshneya.

In his address, the chief guest praised the efforts of the organizers and spoke on various aspects of the art of public speaking. He said it was an art that needed effort in order to be honed to the level of perfection.

The workshop was conducted by trainers Shyam Bagri and Alok Maheshwari from Raipur. The national convenor of the workshop Vijay Anand Moonka said the workshop will prove to be hugely beneficial for the people. He said the people should come and take part in the workshop in order to avail its benefits to the maximum.

National assistant secretary of All India Marwari Yuva Manch Anand Agrawal was also present during the workshop.

Altogether 40 participants from different parts of Bihar and Jharkhand were present at the programme. T

hey came all the way from Muzaffarpur, Katihar, Khagaria, Riri, Ranchi, Gumla, Dhanbad, Jharia, Bhaga, Giridih and Jamshedpur.

Among others present on the occasion included Manish Bansal, Vishal Agrawal, Ajay Chetani, Lakhan Moonka, Mukesh Agrawal, Mukesh Gupta, Mohit Agrawal and Navneet Bansal.
