Gamharia: A workshop was organized on Wednesday in Srirampur village of Dugdha panchayat for training rural women in manufacturing phenyl (disinfectants).
The women belonging to a local self help group are being given training under the aegis of Adhunik Power and Natural Resources Limited.
The training is being imparted under the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the company.
A total of 25 women participated in the training programme which was inaugurated by the plant head of the company BN Nellikar.
Many others were present on the occasion.
