Woman’s decomposed body recovered from bag in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 15: Chandil police have recovered a decomposed body of a woman from a bag close to the Pardih Kali Mandir along NH-33 Tata-Ranchi road on Sunday late evening. 
The police opened the bag only on Monday morning but could not identify the body as it was badly decomposed. 
Acccording to Chandil thana OC, Sanoj Kumar the body appears to be a week old and it appears that it appears that she has been murdered somewhere else and the body has been kept in a bag and thrown near the drain along NH-33 to hide evidence. Police have started investigation into the case and identifying the body of the woman and all the thanas in the Seraikela–Kharsawan district and East Singhbhum district have been informed about the recovery of the body so that they can scan the missing persons register. 
Police are taking help of forensic experts and the bag in which the body was kept had its chain opened. The body has been cut into three pieces so that it can be packed in the bag. Most part of the body is in the form of a skeleton.
