Jamshedpur: The winners of the All Jamshedpur Sit and Draw Art Congtest 2012 and 2013 were felicitated during a function organized at Ravindra Bhavan on Sunday.
Around 48 participants of the event were given prizes during the programme. The chief guest of the programme was Dr HS Paul, who is also the chairman of Tagore Society.
