Jamshedpur, Sept 25: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Friday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working round the clock to realize the dreams of the poor & the youth. He said that India is the country of intelligent, honest & labourious youths having honesty as there capital.
The Prime Minister has connected their honesty with the bank to make them self reliant. MUDRA Yojana is the result of this endeavor. He said it while speaking at the birth anniversary program of Pt. Dindayal Upadhyay at Baghbera on the outskirts of Jamshedpur.
He said that Jharkhand will be a developed state in the next five years. The govt. will provide homes to the homeless & social security pension to the needy. CM gifted ‘Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana’ (PMSMY) benefits to 3000 women to mark Deen Dayal Upadhaya ji�s Jayanti celebration here. During a function organised at Anugraha Narayan Bhawan in Baghbera, Das personally handed over certificates to 10 women beneficiaries. A total of five banks had put up camps to disburse schemes among the beneficiaries.���
Das said that the idea to provide poor and less privileged class of the society with the welfare schemes being launched by the Union and State Government. “We are working in the direction to ensure that the image of mineral-abundant Jharkhand is not tarnished and develop it as number one state of the country in the next 5 years and make it number 1 in the world in the next 10 years,” he said.
The Chief Minister said that the State is rich with mineral resources and its optimum utilsation is the need of the hour.��
Das said the government would work efficiently in bringing speedy development, providing basic amenities and improving policing.�He also emphasised that his government would be accountable and ensure rapid development by utilising the abundance of natural resources.
State housing board will be providing houses to all homeless in different categories in the next five years.
Speaking on the occasion, Raghubar Das said that going by the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide homes to all homeless by 2022 the state government has decided to provide houses to homeless in three categories by 2020.
�We will be making provision in 2016-17 wherein state housing board will be providing house to all homeless by 2020 both in rural and urban areas. Houses will be built in three categories based on income groups�economically weaker group (BPL), lower income group and middle income group,� said�.
�The social security pensions scheme will be launched at Koderma on�October 11, to mark the Jai Prakash Narayan jayanti while different ministers will be simultaneously launching the scheme at different districts on the same day providing insurance cover up to Rs 50 lakh. The cost of the insurance premium will be borne by the government,� said Das.
He also said that in the 2016-17 budget the state government is planning to provide widow pensions to all.
