Gamharia: A wage agreement was reached between the union and management of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited in Adityapur Industrial Area on Friday.
As per the agreement, all permanent workers of the company will get 20 per cent assured benefit as dearness allowance with the basic salary.
The minimum salary of the workers will be Rs 10,940. Many company officials and union members were present during the wage agreement meeting on Friday.
