Voters� awareness programme organized in Ghatsila

Jamshedpur: A voters� awareness programme was organized at polling booths bearing numbers 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61 in Ghatsila block on Monday. An exhibition of electronic voting machines and VVPAT machines was also organized for educating the voters. Posters and pamphlets were also distributed to spread awareness among them. Voters were appealed to cast their votes without fear. Oath was also administered to a large number of voters who comprised students, teachers and administrative personnel of the local block office. Voters were informed about the importance of every single vote and appealed to strengthen the democracy by participating in the polls. A rally was also taken out on this occasion. The organizers included Ramakant Seth, Rupa Kumari, Patit Pawan Ghosh and Sanjay Dandpat.
