Jamshedpur, October 2: Union government’s Swachh Bharat Mission is being observed as No Polythene Day by Jharkhand state and to make the mission successful a youth team of Jamshedpur ‘Voice of Humanity’ on Sunday distributed cloth bags and urged the citizens not to use polythene is daily routine.
Under their campaign ‘Plastic-free Jharkhand’ in Sakchi on Sunday, visited several vendors and shops and appealed them to use cloth bags instead of plastic so that people are bound to use cloth bags.
On the occasion Hari Singh, Ajay Kumar, Mohan Rao, Udayan Sur and others were present.
