Jamshedpur, August 16: Akhil Bhartiya Kshtriya Mahila Mahsabha (Virangana) Jharkhand unit on the occasion of 70th Independence Day organised several programmes dedicated to patriotism at Sonari on Monday, August 15.
The celebration was led by national vice-president of the Virangana, Bharti Singh in presence of Renu Singh, Seeta Singh and Neelam Singh.
In the patriotism dance contest, Barbiraj and Sweta Singh were adjudged the winner followed by Anamika Singh of Adityapur, Aditi Singh Singh was third while Khushi Singh bagged the fourth position.
In the essay competition Shalini Singh came first followed by Pallavi Deep and Gudiya Singh. In the debate contest Prachi Singh was the winner while Ankita Singh came second.
In the singing contest Raksha Singh won in the senior category while Ayushi Singh was declared champion in junior category.
