Villagers stage demonstration

Gamharia: Hundreds of villagers of Gamharia staged a demonstration before the New Primary School, Nimdih, in Gamharia block on Friday to protest alleged absence of facilities for the students.

The villagers alleged that the school building was in shambles. They said the possibility of a major accident loomed large round the clock.

They said the school management should take immediate steps to address the relevant issues and make sure that the building gets repaired. They also alleged that the teachers were often not puntual.
