Villagers join soap bank campaign in Jadugora

Jamshedpur: More and more people are joining the soap bank campaign launched by the Khukdadih Upgraded High School, Jadugora, situated between Narwa Pahar and Sundernagar. One Lakhan Das of the village handed a packet of 10 soaps to the Headmaster Arun Kumar on Friday. He said he would keep supporting the campaign to inspire students to wash their hands before eating.

The Headmaster said the soap bank was started in May this year on the birthday of one of the teachers, Manjusha Kerketta. In the last four months, over 300 soaps have been used by the kids.
