Jamshedpur : The �Dream Home� Exhibition of Vijaya Gardens was innagurated by Jatinder Singh (DGM (BD & TP) JUSCO.
The exhibition was visited by approx 400 number of people who enquired about the Flats, Duplexes, Bungalows etc at vijaya gardens. They also enquired about loans for their dream home from various banks & financial institutions present at the exhibition.
People were very much interested for the new Phase VIII, Phase IX and Phase X at Vijaya Gardens which is under construction. Vijaya Gardens consists of various sizes of flats having 1008 sft, 1260 sft, 1422 sft, 1476 sft, 1539 sft, 2169 sft, 3285 sft .
Also, huge number of people enquired about Phase VII, which consists of Duplexes, Bungalows of various sizes and is nearing completion.
Vijaya Gardens, a residential complex situated in baridih is being developed by Vijaya Homes, a leading real estate developer in the region. Many families are already enjoying their Homes at Vijaya Gardens along with various amenities, facilities, ambience etc.
During the Exhibition Lucky Draw was being conducted every half an hour and the winners were given the prize on the spot.

Various banks and housing finance institutions such as SBI, IDBI, ICICI, HDFC, Canara bank, Axis bank, LIC housing finance were present at the Exhibition.
Spot finance options was available by all the banks & institutions. They explained various loan schemes to the people and assured the people to finance their dreams.
