VHP leaders welcome Bhagwat’s visit, discuss human values

Jamshedpur: Members of Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit organized a meeting at South Park ground, Bistupur, here on Sunday to mark the arrival of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat in city. They also met the RSS chief on his arrival at South Park ground.

The VHP leaders were led by Arun Singh, president of the Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit of VHP. A large number of party members were present on the occasion.

After meeting Bhagwat, the VHP president said the speech given by the RSS chief had great intellectual value. He said that human values were important to run both organizations as well as human relations.He further said that the values being taught by the RSS and its leaders had nothing new. Rather, these values have been taught by the vedas from time immemorial, he said.

The VHP leaders said there was need for youths to follow the principles taught by the RSS chief. They said that creating a completely-Hindu society was important to ensure the welfare and progress of the country. They said the RSS had shown the people a way to progress by giving up all sorts of discriminations based on casteism, financial status, religion and creed.

Among others present on the occasion included Hareram Ojha, Kishor Golchha, Gautam Prasad, Vivek Garg, Ashutosh Singh, Saharsh Amrit, Santosh Verma and Suman Agrawal.
